Coaching Philosophy

At Spartan International we have a very clear view of what our coaching will be like both as coaches and coachees.

Our aim is to ensure that it is visible and transparent at all times and will draw on an experiential base which has been developed over a number of years.

Underlying the philosophy is TASK. This will form the basis of our coaching model and all coaches who work with us will be accredited to this philosophy and be expected to 'live' it when working in a Spartan International environment.

TASK is Trust Attitude Skills Knowledge

Each coach will be expected to understand and demonstrate each element in their coaching
